Digital Downloads

If you can't find the file once it's downloaded, try looking in Downloads under My Computer or search the title of the file on your computer for where it could be hiding.  On your iPhone, you'll find your downloads under the "file" icon.

All files are delivered in a pdf format. Most devices have a pdf reader installed. If you don't, you can download one. The most popular choice is Adobe Reader. You can download it here.

Larger files will be delivered as a ZIP file. If you do not have software that will automatically unzip the file, you may need to add an app to your phone or on a desktop, right click and hit "extract all."

If your mobile device does not allow downloading from a link. You may need to move to a computer to download the files and then add them to your Cloud or Dropbox to use them from your computer.

There are so many different scenarios when downloading files...different devices and different browsers...it's difficult to troubleshoot your specific situation.  I encourage you to do a Google search using your device and browser name to help troubleshoot the situation.
